CharactersExperience Abstraction Characters
Who you play, what abstracted players become, and how the game’s cast connects to The Amazing Digital Circus.
Player characters
You play as a circus-styled avatar in the game’s TADC-inspired world (the game uses a morph/R15 avatar system rather than your standard Roblox appearance). Normal players look like colorful digital circus performers — bright, clean, and clearly human-shaped. That readability is deliberate: in a game about spotting who has turned, silhouettes are information.
Abstracted forms
Abstraction transforms your avatar into a distorted, glitching entity — dark, warped, and unmistakable at a distance, in the style of the show’s abstracted performers. The transformation is the game’s centerpiece moment. Abstracted players keep full movement, and their form itself is the threat: no weapons, no attacks, just presence that spreads the condition to nearby normal players.
The TADC connection
Experience Abstraction is a fan game, so the show’s canon cast (Pomni, Caine, Ragatha, Jax and the rest of the circus troupe) inform the aesthetic rather than appearing as playable licensed characters. What the game faithfully borrows is the show’s central horror — the abstraction concept itself, the fear of losing yourself, and the visual language of the transformation.
